How do I pay for an order?

Our clients are able to send payments to us in a safe and convenient manner thanks to the services that we offer.

According to your own individual preferences, select one of the method options that is listed on the checkout page. 

In our CBD catalog here on Hempercamp, you can presently choose from a wide range of convenient and secure payment methods. By doing things this way, we have ensured that there is a method of payment that can accommodate any and all preferences. At the time of your Hempercamp purchase, you will have the option to pay with any one of the following methods of payment.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and so on. If you think that we should offer additional payment options, please let us know by sending an email to info@hempercamp.com. 

 

How do I reset my password?

To change your password, go to the login page, pick the link that says “Lost your password?” and then enter either your username or your email address. We will send a link to create a new password for your Hempercamp account to the email address that you have registered.

Please take into consideration that the reset password link that was emailed to you will only work for a period of 30 minutes after the initial request for the reset was made.

You should have received an email requesting a new password, but if you do not seem to have it, be sure to look through your junk mail and spam folders in the event that the message was diverted there.

 

How long will it take to get my package?

The majority of orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days following shipment, and orders are normally dispatched out within two business days of being placed. A shipment notification email will be sent to the address linked with your order once your order has been packed and sent out for delivery. As carriers handle your shipment, the tracking link may not become active immediately.

How do I place an order?

Please read the ordering information carefully if you are interested in purchasing any of the products.

Simply select the product in which you are interested by clicking on its name. Then click the button that says “BUY PRODUCT.” You are now able to continue shopping or view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. When you select the icon representing the shopping cart, the items included within it will be displayed. Simply select the “CART” button when you are ready to make a purchase of all of the products you want.

In the preview of your shopping cart, you will be able to see a list of all the products that you have selected, along with the number and price of each product.

If you have a promotional code, you can make a box appear by clicking the “PROMO CODE” button. The field below is where you should enter your promo code, then click the “APPLY” button. If the code is entered correctly, there will be a discount on the price. If the price does not change, please verify the terms and conditions of the promotion to see if it applies to the products you have in your shopping cart and make any necessary adjustments. To proceed, click the button that says “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”

Please sign in only if you are previously registered. If you are not a member, you can join by going to the website and clicking on the button that says “Register.” You also have the option to make a purchase as a guest (without having to register) by selecting the option to “CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION” when placing your order.

Please provide your shipping information, being sure to complete in all fields that are indicated with a “*.” Please enter your NIP number if you would like to receive a VAT invoice. First, check that your facts are accurate, and then choose the method of shipment that best suits your needs.

Please select the shipping method that you like after first logging in, creating an account, or entering your shipping information. 

Then please click the “ORDER AND PAY” button but only after you have selected your preferred method of payment, confirmed that you are okay with the processing of your personal data, and accepted the terms and conditions.

Be sure to check your inbox; an email confirming your order should have been sent to you.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

Click the “Login” button located in the menu bar’s upper-left corner on Hempercamp.com in order to access your account there. Under the account details section of your profile, select the “Subscription” option.
From this page, you can access information regarding your existing subscriptions, modify your order, or cancel your membership at any time.

 

I don’t have an account.

If you still do not have an account, you can easily create one. Just click “Register” and enter the necessary information to create it. 

You also have the option to place an order as a guest (without registering) by selecting the option to “CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION” when placing your order.

 

How do I track my order?

To check on the status of your order, please follow the following steps:

Track down the tracking number for your shipment. You should be able to locate it in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you after you placed your order at the Hempercamp.

After you have found your tracking number, go to the tracker page of the delivery service you are using.

You can check the status of your package by entering the tracking number that was provided to you.
